Shipping policy

We will ship your package as quickly as possible. We do not use any plastic in our packaging everything is eco-friendly. 

As for custom felted orders we ship out as fast as possible but custom felted orders can take up to two weeks to ship out. 

Remember to double check the shipping address so we do not send it to the incorrect address. It is your responsibly to make sure your information is correct.
